big room walk-in wardrobe

The room was big! we had a walk in wardrobe and the bathroom was huge. Fresh towels were provided daily, and the room was cleaned. the beds were comfy. the location was very good. Close to many amenities.

They gave you two keys and a door card. The door card opened the front lobby door and your room door. the other two keys were required to open two doors through a staircase that the local residents used. you had to return the keys every time you left the hotel and ask each time you returned. very odd.

Rooms

8/10

the room had sufficient space for luggage storage. the beds felt comfortable and were neatly made up daily. adequate lighting fixtures and power sockets were available near the bedside tables.

Service

9/10

The staff provided assistance. when i arrived early. The front desk was available 24/7. daily housekeeping maintained cleanliness, with fresh towels and toiletries replenished regularly. the staff helped with directions.

Dining

8/10

a complimentary breakfast buffet offered a reasonable selection of items. it included pastries, cereals, and hot beverages. the dining area was kept clean. and well stocked during peak hours. service was efficient.
